Mandatory for you

It's not mandatory that you get paid, to reap benefit. It's not mandatory that you will be appreciated for the things you do, the things you create, or even for the person you are. Everything you succeed in, you must do for yourself and not for anyone else. They might not see the light in your eyes when you find happiness in the world, and may not accept those things regardless. Sometimes, they will hate you for it.  The greatest power in life, is pledging yourself to your happiness, and gunning away until you have it. No matter what the people around you think, as long as you don't cause harm, what business is it of theirs?
